Delivery

Items in stock are dispatched within 2 to 10 working days. If the items are out of stock when ordered, we endeavor to produce your order as a priority, and we will inform you by e-mail of the final delivery time. The ordered product is delivered by La Poste, national or international, to the address appearing on the purchaser's order form.

The Customer will be able to follow his package using the tracking number which will be communicated to him by email when the order is sent. This address may differ from the payer's address. In the event that the buyer is absent during the delivery of the ordered product, it is up to him to withdraw his delivery from the address mentioned by La Poste receiver or by the carrier and according to the methods specified by the latter, on the transit advice note left at the delivery address. In the absence of delivery within the period indicated on this notice, the corresponding package is returned to PITCH & NEO, which reserves the right to reimburse the buyer as soon as possible, the costs of return delivery being deducted from the total amount of the order, and to keep the product that the buyer had ordered. In the event of non-conformity of the product delivered with respect to the indications appearing on the order form or damage linked to the conditions of transport observed during delivery, the seller undertakes to remedy this or to reimburse the buyer. In case of damage, the buyer expresses his reservations by contacting PITCH & NEO by e.mail at contact@pitchetneo.fr In this respect, it is up to the buyer to check the content, conformity and condition of the product on delivery. This verification is deemed to have been carried out as soon as the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note presented by the receiver of La Poste or by the carrier.

These deadlines are indicative, PITCH & NEO cannot be held responsible for exceeding this deadline. In particular for reasons of force majeure such as strikes or bad weather preventing deliveries, cannot give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, and to any payment as damages. Any delay or non-performance of the services provided for herein will not constitute a fault attributable to PITCH & NEO insofar as it can be justified that this delay is due to a case of force majeure as defined by the regulations. Customs taxes on arrival in the country may be applied, and are the responsibility of the customer. You must carefully check the contents of the package upon receipt and, in the event of damage or missing items, do not fail to make specific and reasoned reservations on the delivery receipt. Otherwise, you have a legal period of three (3) days, not including public holidays, from receipt of the package to make these reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt directly to the carrier, in accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code.
